• EBIA PE Issue resolved -- we won - I wrote lots of Memos
• Sold K&J Farms to the Comers - completed deal points and paperwork in December 
• Became active with Little Valley Community as Secretary and organized and ran an event for 65 people, worked closely with Sandi Bonderson on the event
• Painted our master bath, learned how to install new light fixtures and installed them myself
• Cleaned out patio behind garage, gave it total face lift
• Purchased and put together a power washer and learned how to use it
• Learned (self taught) how to drive Horse Trailer (without horses in it to start) - 
• Learned how to pull landscape trailer (and hook up)
• Did the budget for the workshop furniture and appliances, shopped and stayed on budget
• Stayed on budget for horse expenses, reduced my overall spending by about $15-20K
• Learned how to use Design Envo and created 4 logos in use
• Learned how to use Weebly
  • Built 4 websites (mine, J&A, Camp Timberlake, Sam Billings)
  • Extensive work on Sam Billings website (photography, build out and monthly maintenance)
• Researched and wrote 20 page business plan for Sam Billings to run Birch Creek Ranch (she got the deal)
• Learning Photo Shop
• Drove the Skid Ro solo into Fays in rough weather, docked the boat at least 20 times this summer!! 
• Hosted Emily Fay here in Sunol, lots of mentoring
• Lots of mentoring for Abby regarding work
• Intense mentoring with Lilly and Katy once they were told about Jim
• Schooling show with Cosmo - rode full arena and had fun
• Great clinic with Susan Treabess
• Overall relationship with Cosmo best ever - relaxed, fun and trusting
